With two locations in Peterborough and Lindsay, our ReStores sell new and gently used building materials, furniture, appliances, home décor, and more. Every visit feels like a treasure hunt - and every purchase helps local families achieve affordable homeownership.

When you donate, you’ll receive a $5 coupon toward your next ReStore purchase — a thank you for helping build homes.

We always need volunteers at our Habitat ReStore! Help with customer service, organizing items, repair, and more. No experience required — just bring your passion for community.
Corporate ReStore Days
Team-building with impact. Your staff can spend a day volunteering at the ReStore and supporting Habitat’s mission.
Kitchen & Home Deconstruction
Planning a reno? We can help with that! Our team of staff and volunteers can come into your home and remove built in items like kitchens, sinks, doors, windows and more FOR FREE! Your items will be donated to the ReStore and in return, you’ll receive a tax receipt! It’s a win-win!
